Q Is there a charge for delivery within the UK?
A.Yes, all our goods are sent by reputable UK couriers at a flat rate of £3.95 per order.

Q.Do you ship to Europe and USA ?
A. Yes we do ship to Europe and USA (£15).

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Providing your item(s) are in stock, UK standard delivery normally takes 3 working days.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days providing you notify us in writing.

Q.What if I want to change my order?
A.You must notify us in writing as soon as possible of any change you want to make as all goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours, and may incur additional charges.

Q.Can I return my purchase for a refund?
A.Yes, providing that the security tag attached to your goods has not been removed. Goods must be received by us within 14 days if you wish to claim a refund.

The goods must be returned in good condition and original packaging in which they were received. All goods are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee apart from earrings which are not covered due to hygiene reasons. Postage for returned items is the responsibility of the customer.

Q. When will I get my refund?
A. All returns have to be checked back into stock, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days but please allow up to 14 days in high season.

Q. What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
A. The courier will leave a card to say they tried to deliver and will normally leave a telephone number to rearrange delivery.

Q.Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?
A. Yes, this can be done through the checkout pages (shipping address).

Q.Is there a size guide for hats?
A.Most hats are standard size of 57 cm internally but can be adjusted.

Q.Will my hat arrive in a box?
A.All our hats are despatched in a double walled cardboard box with tissue paper padding. Custom made presentation hat boxes are available as an optional extra when ordering.

Q.How do I make a payment?
A.We accept most major credit/debit cards through our secure online payment providers, Sage Pay or Paypal.

Q.How do I place an order?
A.Select your item(s) and click “add to cart” button. When you’ve finished shopping, proceed to checkout to confirm your order. Click “checkout now” to enter your billing address and / or shipping address.

You will then be able to choose from our two secure payment providers, SagePay or Paypal.

Q.What do you do with my personal details?
A.We only use your details (billing/shipping address and email) to process your order, we do not pass on to any third parties.
